Get answers to common questions about 120-Minute Massage (Any style: Deep Tissue • Thai • Swedish • Combination).
Expect an initial consultation about health history and goals, followed by a tailored 120-minute treatment blending chosen techniques. Therapists focus on problem areas, alternate pressure and stretches, and conclude with guidance for aftercare and hydration to maximize results.
Consider your goals: deep tissue for chronic knots and rehabilitation, Thai for flexibility and energy flow, Swedish for relaxation, or a combination. Discuss preferences and past injuries during booking so the therapist can design a session that safely meets your needs.
Yes. Please note your preferred therapist's name in the booking comments. If no preference is listed, your appointment is assigned to the next available qualified therapist to ensure timely scheduling and consistent quality of care.
When you select Deep Tissue this session uses sustained, targeted pressure to reach deeper muscle layers. Your therapist checks comfort frequently and adjusts intensity. Communicate pain versus productive release so pressure can be modified for safety and effectiveness.
Drink plenty of water, rest, and avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day. Gentle stretching or light walking helps circulation. Mild soreness can be normal; apply heat or ice as recommended and contact us if pain or concerns persist beyond a day or two.
Certain conditions—acute infections, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, blood clots, or open wounds—may prevent massage. Please disclose medical history during booking. We may require physician clearance or advise alternative modalities to safely accommodate your needs.
